• Before posting your question to a discussion board, check if anyone has asked it already and received a reply.

• Send your message only to the most appropriate topic(s). Do not spam several topics with the same message.

• Ask questions and point out specific details that you found interesting about the other posts. Be as specific as possible to encourage discussion.

• Check the most recent comments before you reply to an older comment, since the issue might have already been resolved or opinions may have changed.

• Stay on topic. When creating a new discussion thread, give a clear topic title and put your post in the appropriate category. When contributing to an existing discussion, try to stay 'on topic'. If something new comes up within a topic that you would like to discuss, start a new thread.
